Vaccination status is not ordinarily a condition of:

• remote work;
• routine participation in company activities.

Decisions about vaccination are personal health decisions and should be made by individuals, in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Employees should be treated professionally and respectfully regardless of vaccination status, subject to legitimate legal, health, safety or client requirements.

If applicable law, government regulation or a competent authority imposes a vaccination, testing, isolation or other health requirement, Pixel Forge Technologies will comply with the applicable obligations.

Some clients, venues, events, travel providers or third-party workplaces may impose their own health or vaccination requirements.

Where attendance at such a location is required, the relevant requirements will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

The company's general no-vaccine-requirement policy does not override lawful requirements imposed by a third party.

Work-related travel may involve:

• vaccination documentation;
• testing;
• health declarations;
• quarantine;
• other destination-specific requirements.

Where it does, both the individual and the company must comply with the applicable travel rules.

Team members who are unwell or may be infectious should act responsibly and inform the appropriate person where the illness affects:

• their ability to work;
• attendance at an in-person meeting;
• travel;
• contact with colleagues or clients.

Where remote work is possible, arrangements may be adjusted appropriately.

Health and vaccination information is sensitive personal information.

Pixel Forge Technologies will not request, retain or share such information unless there is a legitimate reason to do so and doing so is permitted or required by applicable law. Where such information is held, access to it is limited to the people who need it.

Harassment, pressure or inappropriate treatment of colleagues because of their vaccination decisions is not acceptable.

This does not prevent legitimate compliance with legal or client requirements.

Public-health circumstances and legal requirements can change. Pixel Forge Technologies may update this policy if applicable law, official guidance, client obligations or workplace circumstances materially change.
